- From the Eden Roc or Fontainbleau: Make your way to the Eden Roc main hotel lobby. The CMO Lab is located on the main level, next to the Eden Roc Lobby Bar and just around the corner from the Nobu hotel check-in. Look for signage directing you to The CMO Lab.

Once your ticket is registered, you will receive a registration confirmation email inviting you to sign in.

Attendees can edit their information, transfer their ticket, assign organization admins, resend their ticket confirmation email, access personalized social media graphics, send meeting requests to other attendees in our POSSIBLE Connect Hosted Meetings Program (brand marketers, agencies, and partners), and sign up for Tabletalks (brand marketers) all from the platform!
Ticket Transfers:
Registered attendees may transfer their ticket in the portal at any time prior to the registration deadline. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” and enter in the new attendee’s contact information!
Your colleague will receive an email inviting them to accept the transfer, which opens a form they must fill out to complete the transfer request. Our team approves all ticket transfers. Once your colleague has accepted the transfer and we have approved it, you will lose access to the platform, and they will receive a registration confirmation email.
- Transferring a ticket after the POSSIBLE Connect Hosted Meeting program scheduling process has started will not transfer program eligibility and will result in the loss of any steps already completed.

POSSIBLE 2026 attendees and partners are welcome to book on-site accommodations at the $429++ discounted rate within our room blocks at the Fontainebleau Hotel and Eden Roc Hotel.
Rates are available through March 20, 2026. Rooms are limited and expected to sell out quickly, so we recommend securing your reservation as soon as possible.
- We recommend booking to arrive on Sunday and depart on Thursday.
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required for bookings at Fontainebleau Hotel and 4-night minimum stay required at Eden Roc Hotel.
- You must be registered for POSSIBLE 2026. All hotel room block reservations are pending ticket confirmation. If you are a POSSIBLE pass holder, you must register for a ticket within 7 days or your hotel reservation will be canceled.

We’ve released a new selection of discounted overflow hotel room blocks to give attendees even more flexibility when planning their stay for POSSIBLE 2026.
