Welcome to our online portal. This site will provide you with detailed information about the event, a schedule of events, critical deadline dates, key contacts information, and links or order forms for the other service providers for the event.
The portal also has a “Manage Account” center where you can review past orders, invoices, and payments.

Special Rates for POSSIBLE 2026
POSSIBLE 2026 attendees and partners are welcome to book on-site accommodations at the $429++ discounted rate within our room blocks at the Fontainebleau Hotel and Eden Roc Hotel.
Rates are available through March 20, 2026. Rooms are limited and expected to sell out quickly, so we recommend securing your reservation as soon as possible.
- We recommend booking to arrive on Sunday and depart on Thursday.
- There is a 3-night minimum stay required for bookings at Fontainebleau Hotel and 4-night minimum stay required at Eden Roc Hotel.
- You must be registered for POSSIBLE 2026. All hotel room block reservations are pending ticket confirmation. If you are a POSSIBLE pass holder, you must register for a ticket within 7 days or your hotel reservation will be canceled.

Rooms (including any cancellation fees or deposits) are not refundable if cancelled less than 72 hours of your arrival date. We do not guarantee the availability of our hotel room block and recommend you book early.

We’ve released a new selection of discounted overflow hotel room blocks to give attendees even more flexibility when planning their stay for POSSIBLE 2026.
These hotels are ideal for guests who prefer shorter stays or don’t want to meet the 3–4 night minimum requirements at our primary venues. Best of all, these options do not have room-night limits and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
