NEW YORK – March 4, 2026 – POSSIBLE is proud to announce the launch of BIG Possibilities, a new youth development program debuting at POSSIBLE Miami 2026, created in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami. BIG Possibilities marks the official kickoff of POSSIBLE Impact, a broader initiative focused on partnering with mission-driven organizations to help inspire, educate, and support the next generation of marketing leaders as well as support the Miami community at large.
BIG Possibilities is designed to empower emerging talent by providing real-world exposure to the marketing, media, advertising, and creative industries. Through this program, up to 10 Big Brothers Big Sisters mentees will attend POSSIBLE Miami 2026 as aspiring marketers and future entrepreneurs, gaining firsthand access to the people, ideas, and experiences shaping the industry.
The program reflects POSSIBLE’s belief that the future of marketing depends not only on innovation, but on access, mentorship, and opportunity. By launching POSSIBLE Impact, the organization is formalizing its commitment to working with partners who share a mission to invest in future leaders—particularly those who may not otherwise have direct pathways into the industry.
“BIG Possibilities represents what POSSIBLE Impact is all about—creating meaningful access, fostering mentorship, and helping young people see themselves in the future of this industry,” said Christian Muche, Global President and Co-Founder of POSSIBLE. “We’re honored to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami to bring this program to life and to begin building a long-term platform for impact.”
Through BIG Possibilities, participating mentees will engage in a thoughtfully curated experience designed to introduce them to the fundamentals of marketing, storytelling, and leadership. The program emphasizes hands-on learning and real-world exposure, offering youth the opportunity to observe, create, and connect in an environment typically reserved for senior industry professionals.
Participants will take part in a range of experiential opportunities throughout the conference, including serving as youth journalists, where they will cover select sessions, interviews, and key moments from POSSIBLE Miami 2026. Mentees will also have the opportunity to participate in a mentoring session hosted by a selection of POSSIBLE speakers and industry executives to gain insight into leadership, decision-making, and career paths.
Additional program elements include content creation opportunities—such as social posts, recap blogs, or short-form video—along with mentorship moments designed to foster meaningful connections between youth and industry leaders. Participants will also receive curated access to keynote sessions, networking spaces, and brand activations, ensuring a well-rounded and inspiring conference experience.
“The future of business and marketing depends on who we choose to invest in today. Through BIG Possibilities, our Littles will experience firsthand how mentorship, exposure, and encouragement can open doors that once felt out of reach. This initiative embodies the idea that while we may all have different stories, we truly all have a Little in common. Together with POSSIBLE, we’re proud to help young people see themselves as tomorrow’s marketing leaders.” – Gale Nelson, President/CEO Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami
BIG Possibilities is the first of several initiatives planned under POSSIBLE Impact, which will continue to grow through partnerships with organizations aligned around education, access, and the future of the marketing profession. Together, these programs aim to create lasting impact by opening doors, sharing knowledge, and helping young people imagine—and build—their place in the industry.
With BIG Possibilities, POSSIBLE is not only convening today’s leaders, but actively investing in tomorrow’s.
