Heather McMahan – Actress, Stand-up Comedian, and Podcaster (Inspiration Hall)
Heather McMahan is a multifaceted entertainer known for her sharp wit and relatable humor. Her second special, Breadwinner, premiered this past fall on Hulu, capturing the essence of her southern roots during two sold-out nights at Atlanta’s historic Fox Theatre. Following the success of her global “The Comeback Tour,” Heather is currently selling out theaters nationwide on her “Bamboozled” national tour. Her first special, Son I Never Had, is available on Netflix. A frequent guest on The Today Show, Heather co-hosted a week on “Jenna & Friends.” Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, she resides there with her husband and mother.
Constance Jones – Anchor, NBC6 News (Vision Hall)
Constance Jones is a two-time Emmy® nominated journalist who currently anchors the weekday morning newscasts for NBC6 News Today at 5 AM and 6 AM alongside NBC6 anchor Kris Anderson. Having worked in multiple television markets, including New York City, Miami, Oklahoma City, and Atlanta, Jones returned home to Miami after nearly a decade at WPLG-TV. She has also worked with veteran news journalist Dan Rather at CBS Evening News and was previously the Communications Director for the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
In 2022, Jones was honored by the Society of Professional Journalists and the Florida Association of Broadcast Journalists for her coverage of the 2021 Surfside Condo Collapse. She has received accolades from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Texas Associated Press, along with multiple awards from regional chapters of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ). She was recognized as one of Miami’s “Top 40 Under 40 Leaders of Tomorrow” in Legacy Magazine. Jones holds a degree from Sam Houston State University, where she was honored as the “Most Outstanding Young Alumna” in 2022. Born in Stuttgart, Germany, she spent her childhood abroad, including time in Timisoara, Romania. She is married to Miami-based artist Troy Simmons.
Aleyda Ortiz – TV Host, En Casa con Telemundo (Vision Hall)
Aleyda Ortiz is a dynamic television host best known for her work on Telemundo’s hit entertainment show, En Casa con Telemundo. Originally from Puerto Rico, Ortiz first rose to prominence after winning Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2014. Since then, she has captivated audiences with her engaging on-screen presence, hosting red carpet coverage for Telemundo’s Latin Billboards, serving as a correspondent for Miss Universe, and leading the network’s 2024 Summer Concert Series.

Mack McKelvey – Founder & CEO, SalientMG (Innovation Stage)
With over two decades of experience, Mack McKelvey has been instrumental in accelerating revenue and market position for startups and scale ups. Before founding SalientMG in 2013 (plus The Credentialed in 2023 and The StartUp Marketer in 2024), she served as the SVP of Marketing, Millennial Media; leading the company’s global marketing from its startup phase through its successful 2012 IPO. Mack has also held senior roles at SIRIUS XM, VeriSign, CGI, British Telecom, and Lucent Technologies/AT&T. She serves on the Advisory Boards for Snowfire AI and HelloBrand and on the Board of Trustees for Creative Spirit, a non-profit dedicated to creating jobs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Mack is also a mentor in ACP’s US Military Veteran Women’s Mentor Program and a contributor to Fast Company, Fortune, Entrepreneur, and MediaPost.
