NEW YORK – March 26, 2026 – POSSIBLE has always been about more than just convening the industry—it’s about creating momentum, opening doors, and building something that lasts beyond the event itself. This year, that vision takes a meaningful step forward with the launch of POSSIBLE Impact, a broader initiative designed to bring together the organizations we work with to drive real, lasting change across our industry and within the Miami community.
The inspiration for POSSIBLE Impact was sparked by our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami. What began as a collaboration quickly evolved into something bigger—an opportunity to think more intentionally about how we can use our platform not just to connect today’s leaders, but to invest in the next generation. From that came Big POSSIBILITIES, a youth development program debuting at POSSIBLE Miami 2026 and the official kickoff of POSSIBLE Impact.
Big POSSIBILITIES is designed to provide young people with real access to the marketing, media, advertising, and creative industries—spaces that can often feel out of reach. Through this program, a select group of Big Brothers Big Sisters mentees will attend POSSIBLE as aspiring marketers and future entrepreneurs, gaining firsthand exposure to the people, ideas, and experiences shaping the industry today. More importantly, they’ll have the opportunity to see themselves in it.
This belief—that the future of our industry depends not just on innovation, but on access, mentorship, and opportunity—is what defines POSSIBLE Impact.
But this is not a standalone effort. POSSIBLE Impact is a collective initiative, built alongside a group of mission-driven organizations that are each, in their own way, investing in future talent, expanding access, and strengthening the creative and marketing ecosystem.
Organizations like Digilearning, which has reached over 100,000 young people through mentorship, masterclasses, and real-world industry exposure. The One Club for Creativity, which continues to champion and nurture the global creative community, supporting both established leaders and emerging voices. Cultured Connections creates pathways for high-potential professionals from non-traditional backgrounds through leadership development and access to global networks. And The Creative Ladder, which is focused on building a more inclusive and resilient creative workforce by supporting early- and mid-career talent through mentorship and skill-building.
We are also proud to align with organizations like Sandy Hook Promise, whose work centers on creating safer, more supportive communities for youth through education, awareness, and prevention of violence —reminding us that impact extends beyond careers and into the well-being of the next generation.
Together, these organizations form the foundation of POSSIBLE Impact. Each brings a unique perspective, but all share a common goal: to create opportunity, foster connection, and build a stronger, more inclusive future for our industry.
Importantly, POSSIBLE Impact is not something happening in the background—it’s something our entire community can be part of.
Onsite at POSSIBLE Miami, attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly by supporting a local cause through the purchase of co-branded merchandise created in partnership with the Fontainebleau. Proceeds from these items will benefit the Humane Society of Greater Miami, an organization that has been caring for and protecting animals in the community for decades. It’s a simple, tangible way for our attendees to contribute and extend the impact of their presence beyond the event itself.
This initiative also builds on a longstanding commitment POSSIBLE has made to the Miami community. Over the years, we’ve supported local organizations such as Lotus House, a women’s shelter providing sanctuary and resources to those in need and have consistently donated surplus food from the event to local food banks in collaboration with our partner Food Rescue US South Florida to ensure it reaches the community rather than going to waste. We’ve also extended this commitment through hands-on efforts like our local beach cleanup powered by Clean Miami Beach, bringing the community together to give back directly to the city that hosts us. These efforts reflect a belief that our responsibility doesn’t end when the event does—it extends to the city that hosts us.
POSSIBLE Impact represents a shift in how we think about our role as an organization. It’s about recognizing that when you bring together the right people, in the right environment, you also have a responsibility—and an opportunity—to do more.
With BIG Possibilities as the starting point, and with the support of our partners and community, we’re building something that goes beyond a moment. We’re building a platform for impact.
And this is just the beginning.
