Badge Pick-up: 

All registered POSSIBLE attendees must pick up their badge prior to entering our event spaces. As a good rule of thumb, we recommend keeping your registration confirmation email and photo ID on hand as you arrive.  

Treat your badge like cash: 

  • You must have your physical badge on your person to use it. 
  • Once it’s lost, it’s gone- we don’t reprint badges!

Badge Pickup will be available at the Luster Gallerie, Upper Level at the following times — 

  • Sunday, April 27 @ 3:00pm-8:00pm Pre-show!
    Beat the line, collect your badge on Sunday before the show opens! Stop by the Welcome Drinks Reception at 6pm in the Bleau Bar located in the hotel lobby. 
  • Monday, April 28 @ 7:00am-7:00pm  
  • Tuesday, April 29 @ 7:00am-7:00pm 
  • Wednesday, April 30 @ 7:00am-6:00pm  

After Registered: 

Once your ticket is registered, you will receive a registration confirmation email inviting you to sign into our MyExperience platform 

  • Username: registered email address 
  • Password: ticket confirmation number 

 Attendees can edit their information, transfer their ticket, assign organization admins, resend their ticket confirmation email, access personalized social media graphics, send meeting requests to other attendees in our POSSIBLE Connect Hosted Meetings Program (brand marketers, agencies, and partners), and sign up for Tabletalks (brand marketers) all from the platform! 

Ticket Transfers: 

Registered attendees may transfer their ticket in the portal at any time prior to the registration deadline. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” and enter in the new attendee’s contact information!

Your colleague will receive an email inviting them to accept the transfer, which opens a form they must fill out to complete the transfer request. Our team approves all ticket transfers. Once your colleague has accepted the transfer and we have approved it, you will lose access to the platform, and they will receive a registration confirmation email. 

  • Transferring a ticket after the POSSIBLE Connect Hosted Meeting program scheduling process has started will not transfer program eligibility and will result in the loss of any steps already completed. 
  • Please reach out to registration@possibleevent.com or assistance in transferring a ticket after the deadline.
POSSIBLE Connect Hosted Meetings Program Registration Deadline: April 2, 2025 

Organization Admins: 

Org admins can be assigned by any registered attendee to gain access to the platform and manage POSSIBLE Connect Hosted Meeting Program participation. 

  • If an Org Admin will be attending POSSIBLE, they should be registered with a ticket first, then assign themselves via the “Organization Admins” screen in the platform. 
  • If an Org Admin will not be attending POSSIBLE, they can apply to be a non-ticket-holding Org Admin here

Appropriate Attire

Pack appropriate attire for the conference, whatever makes you feel comfortable, including business casual attire for networking events. Miami weather in April typically is a maximum temperature of 30°c / 86°f and min temperature of 22°c / 72°f. Check for up to date weather as the event gets closer.

Remember to Layer

Remember to layer, as room temperatures can vary. Pack a jacket or sweater as much of the event is inside and hotels can be overzealous with air conditioning.
