You can expect to be in your pre-booked meetings for less than two hours over the course of our three-day immersive experience leaving you with more time to enjoy all that POSSIBLE has to offer.

Attend up to eight (8) 15-minute double opt-in onsite Hosted Meetings with participating solution providers. That’s an incredibly efficient use of up to 2 hours of your time at POSSIBLE!
To qualify for POSSIBLE’s Hosted Meetings Program:
- You should be a brand marketer or agency who buys or influences the purchase of technology and other solutions for your company. A brand marketer is a client-side marketing decision maker employed by a company that advertises B2C and/or DTC and buys marketing services and solutions to achieve its goals.*

Your meetings will be held onsite during dedicated hours throughout the day on Tuesday, April 29, and Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
- You’ll have some flexibility in letting us know which slots you’re available for as meetings are double opt-in.
- Your final schedule of meetings will be sent to you the week before the event.
Who Qualifies as a Brand Marketer?
To qualify for a complimentary Brand Marketer Premium Pass + $750 Travel/Hotel reimbursement, you must be a Brand Marketer who has purchasing power or influences the purchase of technology, solutions, media, or services for your organization. All Brand Marketers must be employed in a marketing-related position. ie brand marketing, advertising, content marketing, influencer marketing AND/OR have active involvement in the marketing industry, such as membership in professional marketing associations. Press/media and agencies do not qualify.*
