Simply submit your guest list for approval to Christina Greenstein and you will receive a link to share with them directly to register.  As a partner, you receive a social card to promote your partnership/presence at POSSIBLE to your clients who are not brand marketers.

A brand marketer is a client-side marketing decision maker employed by a company that advertises B2C and/or DTC and buys marketing services and solutions to achieve its goals (Agencies are excluded).*

Capture Leads with Lead Retrieval

Capture data efficiently for your post-event recaps! Don’t forget to add a Lead Retrieval Scanner to your Strategy.

The event badges will include a QR code that can be scanned using the lead retrieval app or device to collect attendee contact information. You can explore the lead retrieval options HERE

  • Option 1: vCapture Pro w/iPod Touch: Lead scanning using an iPod Touch device, allowing badging scanning onsite. The first device is priced at $540. You may pick up the devices onsite during move-in.

  • Option 2: vCapture Pro License: This is a mobile app for scanning badges on your own device. The first license activation costs $395. A bundle of $599 includes 3 additional licenses after the first activation.

    Please place your order on the website no later than Friday, April 5. After this date, ordering any lead retrieval will not be available.
