The online agenda will go live in February 2025. Yasmin and Carlene will be in contact with you in the weeks leading up to this deadline to discuss your session topic and finalize a session description.

3. Complimentary Speaker Registration

As a speaker, you will receive a Speaker Pass. This will give you the all-access experience at the event. You will automatically be registered for the event and will receive a confirmation email from the system with more details on how to reserve your hotel room.

4. Fontainebleau Hotel Reservations

To take advantage of the attendee discounted rates, please review the registration confirmation email you received with more details. The discounted rates and rooms are available until March 28. After this date, the rate and availability are not guaranteed. Don’t delay and book your room now.

5. Speaker Consent Form

Please review and complete the Speaker Consent Form. This will also be emailed to you via Adobe Acrobat. If you have any questions, email carlene@possibleevent.com.

6. Presentation

Presentations are due two weeks before the event. This is to ensure that we have time to review and tech the presentation with production. If your presentation includes video, please embed and submit it separately.

7. On-site: Hair & Makeup (30 minute slot)

For speakers on the Inspiration and Vision Hall, POSSIBLE will have a makeup artist on-site available for touch ups. To reserve a “Refresh” prior to your session, please email yasmin@possibleevent.com. Slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. On-site: Badge Pickup

Upon arrival to the Fontainebleau, please proceed to the registration area located in Luster Gallerie, upper Lobby to pick up your speaker badge.

9. On-site: Check-in

Depending on the stage you are participating in, you will be arriving 15-30 minutes before your session.

10. On-site: VIP Lounge

Speakers are invited to go to the VIP Lounge to relax any time during the event. You can make this your meeting point during the event and meet other speakers before or after their session. We will have refreshments and food.
