At POSSIBLE, impact is more than an idea—it’s action. Through a series of purpose-driven initiatives, we invite our community to come together in support of environmental sustainability, community engagement, and meaningful giving across Miami.

Impact in Action

Bringing Community, Access, and Opportunity Together

POSSIBLE has always been about more than just convening the industry—it’s about creating momentum, opening doors, and building something that lasts beyond the event itself. This year, that vision takes a meaningful step forward with the launch of POSSIBLE Impact, a broader initiative designed to bring together the organizations we work with to drive real, lasting change across our industry and within the Miami community.

POSSIBLE Impact represents a shift in how we think about our role as an organization. It’s about recognizing that when you bring together the right people, in the right environment, you also have a responsibility—and an opportunity—to do more.

POSSIBLE is more than an event—it’s a movement.

Be part of a powerful tradition that blends purpose with connection. Over the past three years, the POSSIBLE community has mobilized more than 100 volunteers to remove nearly 150 pounds of litter and ocean debris from Miami Beach—protecting marine wildlife and preserving one of our city’s most iconic coastlines.

In partnership with Clean Miami Beach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, this event offers more than environmental impact—it’s a meaningful way to connect with fellow attendees while giving back to the city that hosts us.

Roll up your sleeves, meet like-minded leaders, and help us make an even greater impact this year.

POSSIBLE Proudly Supports

Ad Council

The Ad Council’s mission is to convene the best storytellers to educate, unite and uplift. By opening hearts and inspiring action, together we accelerate change.

As we look ahead to our future, we also continue to examine the lessons of our legacy, which stretches back through decades of American history to our WWII-era founding. Our goal is to assess this legacy honestly, as we work every day to create a culture where everyone can thrive.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami

Serving our community since 1958, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami (BBBSM) is the premier nonprofit mentoring organization in South Florida. We champion hope, transformation, and social good, defending the potential of children who most need it.

Clean Miami Beach

Clean Miami Beach is dedicated to keeping our community and natural habitats free of garbage and harmful pollutants with a focus on single-use plastics. The goal is to teach residents, and educate the youth of today, how everyone can reuse, re-purpose, and reduce the consumption of plastic. By growing the local volunteer community, Clean Miami Beach will  provide a clean place for residents, visitors, and a safe environment where our beautiful wildlife can thrive.

The Creative Ladder

Launched in 2022, The Creative Ladder is a nonprofit organization that collaborates with creative companies to strengthen retention and belonging, develop the next generation of creative leaders, and build a resilient workforce ready for what’s next. Across our virtual and in-person programs we provide leadership development training and skill-building, expanded networks, and community engagement–including mentorship–for those within the first 15 years of their careers.

Cultured Connections Community

Cultured Connections Community is dedicated to developing future leaders through global training, networking events, and professional development opportunities. Our platform provides a dynamic space for professionals to connect, learn, and advance their careers while fostering a supportive network.

Digilearning

Digilearning is a UK charity helping underrepresent young people access careers in digital, media, and technology through mentoring, real industry experiences and career-accelerating programs.  We have reached 100,000+ young people and programed 900+ industry masterclass delivered.

Food Rescue US South Florida

Food Rescue US – South Florida is committed to ending hunger and reducing food waste by same-day delivering fresh, usable food that would have otherwise been thrown away from grocers, restaurants, and other food industry sources to shelters, pantries and food-insecure families throughout the U.S.  By reducing food waste, decomposing food is kept from landfills where it produces harmful methane gas that negatively impacts the climate.

Humane Society of Greater Miami

The Humane Society of Greater Miami is a limited admit, adoption guarantee facility dedicated to placing every dog and cat in our care into a loving home, and to promoting responsible pet ownership and spay/neuter programs. Adoption guarantee means that every animal that is admitted to our shelter is free from the threat of euthanasia due to time, space, or treatable medical issues. We provide shelter, food, veterinary care, and plenty of TLC while the dogs and cats wait for their permanent home, no matter how long it takes.

Lotus House Women’s Shelter

Sheltering 1,450+ women, youth and children annually, Lotus House is the largest women’s homeless shelter in the country. Lotus House is truly setting the standard on a national level for best practices and innovation. In comprehensive, multi-faceted programming and support services, together, we help women, youth and children emerge from the shadows, give voice to their dreams, and build the foundation for safer, healthier, brighter futures.

The One Club

The One Club for Creativity exists to support and celebrate the success of the global creative community. We are a diverse community of creative thinkers and doers who believe creativity is the most powerful element to business success. We celebrate world-changing ideas. We stimulate the dynamic intersection of art and commerce. We create fertile spaces for writers, art directors, designers, technologists, and artists to grow. We foster a more diverse and connected global community. We forge bonds between recognized creative masters and emerging creative voices

Sandy Hook Promise

Sandy Hook Promise (SHP) envisions a future where all children are free from school shootings and other acts of violence. As a national nonprofit organization, SHP’s mission is to educate and empower youth and adults to prevent violence in schools, homes, and communities. Creators of the lifesaving, evidence informed “Know the Signs” prevention programs, SHP teaches the warning signs of someone who may be in crisis, socially isolated, or at-risk of hurting themselves or others and how to get help. SHP also advances school safety, youth mental health, and responsible gun ownership at the state and federal levels through nonpartisan policy and partnerships. SHP is led by several family members whose loved ones were killed in the tragic mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012.
