From the Main Lobby: Walk through the Luster Gallery (past Registration) and take either escalator to the 4th floor to reach the Glimmer Ballroom (The Atrium).
From the Outdoor Expo Garden: Walk toward the Ocean Lawn —look for the big blue reflective building—and take the stairs directly up to the The Atrium Terrace top floor.

Once your ticket is registered, you will receive a registration confirmation email inviting you to sign in.
Attendees can edit their information, transfer their ticket, assign organization admins, resend their ticket confirmation email, access personalized social media graphics, send meeting requests to other attendees in our POSSIBLE Connect Hosted Meetings Program (brand marketers, agencies, and partners), and sign up for Tabletalks (brand marketers) all from the platform!
Ticket Transfers:
Registered attendees may transfer their ticket in the portal at any time prior to the registration deadline. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” and enter in the new attendee’s contact information!
Your colleague will receive an email inviting them to accept the transfer, which opens a form they must fill out to complete the transfer request. Our team approves all ticket transfers. Once your colleague has accepted the transfer and we have approved it, you will lose access to the platform, and they will receive a registration confirmation email.

Rates are available through March 20, 2026. Rooms are limited and expected to sell out quickly, so we recommend securing your reservation as soon as possible.
Rooms (including any cancellation fees or deposits) are not refundable if cancelled less than 72 hours of your arrival date. We do not guarantee the availability of our hotel room block and recommend you book early.

Fontainebleau’s prime beachfront location makes it easily accessible by car or rideshare.
Follow Collins Avenue directions to the main entrance at 4441 Collins Avenue, where rideshare/delivery drop-off and valet service are available.
For airport arrivals, private car services or rideshares (Uber/Lyft) can bring you directly to the hotel’s main curbside entry.
Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately a 20–30 minute drive depending on traffic; Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is approximately 30–40 minutes.
