Announcing the POSSIBLE 2026 CMO Lab, in Partnership with Google and BCG

NEW YORK – March 11, 2026 –POSSIBLE is proud to introduce the CMO Lab-the new experience for CMOs at POSSIBLE 2026; an invitation-only working forum created for senior leaders navigating enterprise transformation. 

Designed for a highly curated group of brand CMOs, the Lab represents a deliberate shift away from traditional conference formats. It is built as a confidential, discussion-led environment where senior leaders come together to collaborate, challenge assumptions, and set direction on the issues that matter most-now and next. 

The Lab was created in direct response to ongoing feedback from CMOs seeking deeper, more meaningful engagement. The CMO Lab answers that need by offering a private, closed-door space—free from stages, selling, and the noise of the show floor—where real leadership challenges can be explored with honesty and intent. 

Developed in partnership with Google and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), the CMO Lab is a sequenced leadership journey across 3 days ensuring depth and real-world relevance for today’s senior marketing leaders. Google brings their leadership perspective on the future of marketing, media, and technology, and BCG will surface industry insights & learnings, translating shared perspectives into actionable leadership intelligence. 

The experience is curated by trusted CMO advisor Nadine Dietz of Virtuosi League. Nadine brings a rare ability to frame complex challenges, unlock perspective, and foster high-trust dialogue-ensuring the Lab remains grounded in the real-world realities of modern marketing leadership. 

The CMO Lab will convene over all three days at POSSIBLE 2026 with unique topics covered each day. 

Each day builds toward enterprise-ready action for growth, integration, and accountability. Daily participation is strongly encouraged; however, the program is intentionally designed with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, enabling executives to engage meaningfully on the days that align with their availability.

Monday: 2:30pm-5:00pm
Tuesday: 11:30am-1:30pm
Wednesday:  11:30am-1:30pm
