Andrew's Bio

Andrew has 15+ years of ad leadership experience at eBay, Google, Meta, Netflix, Snap, and startups. He helps Fortune 500 brands and SMBs drive incremental sales and revenue, and advises ad tech and martech firms on product strategy and growth. He has served on boards and working groups including the IAB, MMA, MRC, ARF, and WFA, and is a frequent speaker and author in the advertising industry. Andrew holds a Master’s in Finance from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.

JC Oliver is an award-winning executive & investor who specializes in technology & innovation, working across multiple verticals from media & entertainment, sustainability, finance & AI.

With 25+years experience in understanding how tech & human behaviour drives culture his philosophy was formed through a variety of roles chiefly as Global Head of Innovation for Microsoft and Global Chief Creative & Innovation Officer for Verizon/AOL.

He co-founded Recast, a disruptive streaming
platform using micropayments & Unlockd a data, loyalty & reward platform he took to a valuation of £150m and Zellar a data service focussed on making all businesses more sustainable.

He co-founded Move78, a venture studio that operates at the intersection of innovation, growth & emerging tech working with starts ups, scale ups & large corporations helping build growth engines, raise capital & deliver biz dev partnerships.

His drop off is the crossroads of creativity x tech x business which he defines as the “Interspace of Growth”

We’re opening up the floor for YOU to pitch your boldest, most innovative idea to be featured on the Innovation Stage at POSSIBLE. Whether it’s a game-changing trend no one’s talking about, your bold vision for how AI is shaping the future, or a radical prediction for marketing in 2030, we want to hear from you! We’re seeking fresh perspectives, visionary ideas, and passionate speakers who are ready to deliver talks that will shake up the marketing world.

  • If you’ve got a unique idea not already covered on our agenda, submit your pitch to the POSSIBLE Unplugged Board—1 entry per attendee.
  • Selected speakers will have 10 minutes to deliver their best TED-style talk. No slides needed—just your big idea, unplugged.
  • Submissions will be accepted onsite only. Five entries will be selected and notified by Monday evening.

How to Get There

The Innovation Stage is located at Eden Roc, nestled among lush palms between the Boardwalk and the Aquatica Pool & Bar, with the Innovation Stage prominently centered within the Innovation Village.

  • From the Eden Roc Main Lobby: Walk past the Lobby Bar and exit toward the main pool area. Follow the path toward the ocean, passing the Main Pool and Palladium Pool. Take the stairs down toward the Aquatica Pool (on your right)—you’ll find the Innovation Village just beyond, set within a beautiful garden environment.
  • From the Fontainebleau Outdoor Expo Area: Head toward the ocean and take a left onto the boardwalk. Walk about 2 minutes to the Eden Roc gate, then enter and continue a few steps—you’ll see the Innovation Village & Stage immediately on your left, directly across from the Aquatica Pool and Bar.
