Beach Clean Up

At POSSIBLE, we want to be able to provide attendees with opportunities to make an impact while in Miami. What better way to kick off our event than to walk the beach, connect with colleagues, and clean up the shoreline!?

Location Check-In:
Beach at 45th Street, we will meet the Clean Beach Miami team directly on the sand! Please look for the turtle flag.
Directions to Meeting Point:
Exit Fontainebleau from the Expo Garden, walking toward the beach. Turn left to follow the Boardwalk north for a short walk and turn right to access the beach. Look for the turtle flag!
Weather:
Miami Weather is unpredicable and can change quickly. If heavy rain/storm is predicted the cleanup will be postponed.
In case of light rain/quick shower we leave it up to you if you would like to conduct the event or rather reschedule.
Things to know:
– All cleanup supplies will be provided (gloves, trash bags, buckets, picker).
– Closed-toed shoes recommended for cleaning in the dunes.
– Please bring water in a reusable water bottle — no single-use plastic please! A refill station will be provided.
– Please bring sun protection, including: (reef-safe) sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses.
