As a Hosted Brand Marketer, you must be available for all 15 time slots, however you will only be scheduled for up to 8 meetings at the most. 2026 To Do List for Brand Marketers

Once you’re registered as a Hosted Brand Marketer, get your travel and hotel booked ASAP! Prices only ever go up and our room block will sell out, so book now to lock in the best prices.
- Flights: We recommend arriving on Sunday, April 26 and leaving on Thursday, April 30.

Your Connect Program journey starts here:
- Once you receive your Welcome Email for the Connect Hosted Meetings Program platform, simply request your One Time Passcode (OTP) and you can immediately start reviewing and completing your profile.
- Your profile is what others will see and use to request meetings with you, so make sure it is complete and accurate.
- Some items of your profile will have already been completed when you registered, saving you time!
- To edit your profile please click “Edit Profile” where you can update your information. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page once done.
- The deadline to complete your profile is Friday, April 3 at 6pm EST, however we do recommend completing it sooner if possible.
- We share everyone’s profile at the same time once they are all complete, on Monday, April 6 – that is when you can start requesting who you want to meet!
Hosted Brand Marketer Registration Deadline! To qualify for the Hosted Brand Marketers Program, Brand Marketers must register before Friday, April 10 at 6pm EST. Make sure any of your colleagues who want to get a complimentary Hosted Brand Marketer ticket for POSSIBLE register before the deadline.
Tabletalks:
- You also need to select the Tabletalks topics that you are interested in.
- There is 1 Tabletalk time slot and you can select as many topics as you like for each time slot, however you will be scheduled for a maximum of 1 session.
- You can find the Tabletalks options by clicking “Tabletalks” at the top of your page.
- The deadline to select your Tabletalks topics is Friday, April 17 at 6pm EST.

It’s time for you to make requests to all the attendees that you would like to meet with!
- You can log into the Connect Hosted Meetings platform to start making your requests beginning on Monday, April 6.
- Please ensure your profile is fully complete, as this will ensure maximum visibility of your profile for other attendees looking to make their requests.
- The deadline to complete your requests is Friday, April 17 at 6pm EST.
- Make as many requests with people you are interested in – there is no limit!
- We suggest submitting a minimum of four meeting requests for every time slot you are available for (e.g., if you are available for all 15 Connect Hosted Meeting time slots, then make 60+ requests).
- You can add a personalized message to each request you make.
- Some attendees may be of more interest to you than others, so you can choose either “Relevant” or “Super Relevant” for each request. This priority choice will not be shared with the other person!
- You can apply filters to help you narrow down your search.
- Request meetings with as many people from the same organization as you like, safe in the knowledge that we will only ever schedule you 1 meeting with any organization.
- Be sure to request a wide variety of organizations, to give you the best chance of filling as many meeting slots as possible.
- As a Hosted Brand Marketer, you must be available for all 15 time slots, however, you will only be scheduled for up to 8 meetings maximum.

Here’s where you find out who wants to meet you!
- During this stage you will see all of the people that requested to meet with you and opt into their requests.
- If someone requests you and you requests them in the previous stage, then you won’t need to opt-in to that meeting here- you are already a match!
- We can only schedule meetings if both people agree, so opting in to all of the meetings you are interested in is extremely important. If you don’t opt in, that meeting will definitely not happen!
- This is your final chance to change your availability- you may be scheduled for meetings for any time slot that is not blocked.
- The deadline to complete all of your opt-ins and confirm your availability is Wednesday, April 22 at 6pm EST.
- You should opt into requests from a minimum of 24 or more different organizations. Please opt into as many more as you like- remember the maximum number of Hosted meetings we will schedule you for is 8.
- Not opting in to the required number of requests may impact your eligibility for full travel reimbursement.
- You must be available for all 15 Connect Hosted Meeting time slots.

You can view your schedule on the Connect Hosted Meetings platform, as well as in the Possible 2026 mobile app. You can download the mobile app by visiting the App Store and selecting ‘Possible 2026’. You can view the agenda details, your scheduled Connect Hosted Meetings, and more!
Tabletalks:
- If you have been assigned to Tabletalks then you must accept these by this Friday, April 24 by 6pm EST.
- If you can no longer make your Tabletalks slot then please let us know straight away. Due to popular demand, we have a waiting list and this will enable us to offer your slot out to someone else.
Join Your Hosted Meetings: As a Hosted Brand Marketer, you must join all of your scheduled meetings (no more than 8). Here’s what you need to know:
- Where are the meetings? All meetings are held in a dedicated Hosted Meeting Program area on the beach (within the covered Beach Pavilion) and each meeting is assigned to a table number.
- How do I know where to go? Check the POSSIBLE mobile app for the assigned table number for each meeting, and at the start of each scheduled meeting proceed directly to the assigned table. Your meetings will not all be at the same table.
- What happens if the person I’m meeting isn’t there? Give them 5 minutes and if they’re still not there, you can “Mark as a No Show” in the mobile app or scan the QR code on the table.
- What happens if the meeting overruns? There is a short transition time between time slots to allow you to get to your next meeting.
Join Your Tabletalks:
- When are the Tabletalks? During lunch on Tuesday, April 28 at 1:05pm EST.
- Where are the Tabletalks? All Tabletalks are held in a dedicated Tabletalks area at the Sea Green Lawn and each Tabletalk session is assigned a table number (check the mobile app to confirm). Lunch will be available in the Tabletalks area.
- How do we start the discussion? A moderator will kick off and facilitate the discussion.
Help us to help you! On Thursday, April 30, you will receive an email to provide feedback on your meetings, the meetings program, Tabletalks (if you participated) and the event to help us to improve POSSIBLE- please share your thoughts!
- Once you provide feedback, you can view a summary of your meeting notes and contact details of who you met on the platform.
- From Tuesday, May 12, you can provide details for reimbursement. You must have provided feedback to claim your reimbursement.
Some Fine Print:
Our participation list is confident, and shouldn’t 1) be shared with anyone else, 2) downloaded or 3) used other than as described by us. Based on information you receive as part of the Hosted Meetings Program, you can’t solicit participants (including individuals you’re schedule to meet prior to your meetings) outside of the event other than as we permit. If you breach this provision, you may be eliminated from further participation and barred from future programs. Do not assume that requests (or opt-ins) to meet with you as part of the Hosted Meetings Program indicate any interest in meeting with you outside of the Hosted Meetings Program.
